Mission Hills® Outdoor Furniture Limited 5 Year Warranty

What is covered under the limited 5 year warranty?

Aluminum Frame: Frame construction is warranted against defects in material and workmanship during normal usage for a period of 5 years from date of purchase. Damage to frames or welds resulting from improper use, assembly or exposure to water and/or sub-freezing temperatures is not warranted. Breakage as a result of frame being dropped, mishandled or acts of God is not covered.

Mission Hills® Outdoor Furniture Limited 1 Year Warranty

What is covered under the limited 1 year warranty?

Finish: The finish is warranted against peeling, cracking and blistering for one year from purchase date provided the unit has not been scratched or abraded. Chips and scratches resulting from normal wear and tear are not covered. Fading and/or discoloration resulting from exposure to elements is not covered. Stains as a result of chemical spills and certain food items are not covered.

Fabric: Fabric and cushions are warranted against separation at the seams for one year from purchase date. Fading and/or discoloration resulting from exposure to the elements, spills, chemicals or any other cause is not covered. Fabric and cushions are not warranted against mildew.

Wicker: Wicker is warranted against separation and tearing for one year from purchase date. Fading and/or discoloration resulting from exposure to the elements, spills, chemicals or any other cause is not covered.

Table Tops: Natural stone table tops are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from purchase date. Aluminum table tops: see “finish”. All other table tops (including glass and faux stone) are not covered by this warranty.

Warranty Limitations

Warranty is subject to limitations set forth above. Warranty is valid from the date of purchase and applies only to original purchaser. Warranty is effective only when item(s) is purchased from one of our authorized dealers. Warranty is not transferable. Proof of purchase is required to submit a warranty claim.

Warranty Exclusions

Furniture used for commercial, contract or other non-residential purposes; display models or items purchased “as is”; freight damage; items subject to misuse, abuse, neglect or lack of proper care and maintenance; normal wear and tear; damage caused by acts of nature, acts of God, vandalism, fire or other casualty, or improper assembly; hardware against corrosion or rusting; purchased or replacement parts; and all plastic parts. Also excluded are loss of use or time; inconvenience; money; travel; packaging; or incidental, special or consequential damages of any kind. Replacement of defective items as provided herein shall constitute your sole and exclusive remedy for items which are not as warranted.
In no event shall our responsibility exceed the purchase price of the items found to be other than as warranted. This warranty is the exclusive statement of your rights with respect to the defects in the items you have purchased and supersedes any other express warranty or statement, written or oral, made in connection with the purchase and sale of such items. When use herein, the term “item” when used in the singular, refers to the specific item found to be defective and not to the entire set of which the item is a part.

*Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so that limitation above may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Defective products covered under warranty will be replaced or repaired at the manufacturer’s discretion (with same or similar product if discontinued) without charge.
Mission Hills® will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges to the Continental United States for all valid warranty claims. We do not ship outside of the Continental United States.
